Subsystems that work as one.

CCTV and video analytics (automatic incident detection, ANPR/LPR), SOS emergency stations, public address (PA), variable message signs (VMS), ventilation driven by CO, NOx and visibility sensors, LED lighting under DALI/DALI-2/D4i control, fibre-optic, radio-link and 4G/5G networks, and fire detection and suppression — all integrated into SCADA platforms and control centres.

SCADA architecture

Layered SCADA architecture on open systems.

We integrate the subsystems into a layered architecture: field devices, local control, communications network, supervision and control centre. We use open systems and distributed control on standard hardware, so the operator can maintain and extend the installation without being tied to a single vendor.

Catalogue

Subsystem catalogue.

Each entry summarises what the system does, what it includes and the sectors where we apply it.

03Ventilation

Fans and air quality

Axial fans, gallery pressurisation, and CO, NOx, visibility and air-speed sensors that switch ventilation modes on air quality or in an emergency.

04Fire · LHD

Linear heat detection

A fibre-optic linear sensor runs the length of the tunnel and picks up temperature rise zone by zone, alongside thermal and optical detectors, fire suppression and SCADA. Our team is certified in AP Sensing LHD technology.

Testing and commissioning

Every system is tested before handover.

At the factory, on site and integrated with the other subsystems, before it goes into operation.

  1. Factory

    FAT

    Factory acceptance testing

We verify equipment and panels against the specification before shipment.

  2. Site

    SAT

    Site acceptance testing

We check each device installed and connected at its final location.

  3. Integrated system

    SIT

    System integration testing

We test the subsystems together with SCADA and the control centre, running the planned operating scenarios.

Commissioning scope

What we check when commissioning a tunnel or road.

Fire detection · LHD

Fibre-optic linear heat detection.

Our team is certified in AP Sensing linear heat detection (LHD) technology — design, installation, commissioning and SCADA integration.

In April and May 2026 we published a technical series on LinkedIn about LHD for tunnels, mining, oil and gas, and the power sector.
